Heather is here to help manage the placement and renewal of multiple University insurance policies. She is also available to manage the insurance claims process from initial fact gathering to payment and resolution. Her other responsibilities include program management for the University’s Minors on Campus program and providing administrative support for the University’s Workers’ Compensation program.
